Checking In
Greetings from Sparkletopia Central...Many apologies for a quiet week. I am always coming across goodies I want to post about here and am still putting them on my Sparkletopia bookmark list, but I must admit that for the past many weeks I have felt a bit lost about this blog. I love having a single place to keep all the inspirational morsels that catch my eye, love sharing, etc. but it takes time and energy that I'm not entirely sure I have. This has been the year of simplification for my husband and I, and as different projects, ideas and even relationships have had their fair share of consideration on my part as to whether or not I should keep pursuing them, it was inevitable Sparkletopia would eventually come under scrutiny.
So that is where I am. I'm not sure. And in my indecision I have just let this site be quiet for the time being. This is not the beginning of the end, it is just a time for me to think about where I want to go next with Sparkletopia. I have some ideas that totally excite me, so I'm going to be exploring those over the next week or so and see where the wind takes me.
Thank you for hanging in there while I contemplate what direction, if any, Sparkletopia will take as we roll into 2009.

I've never commented, so now seems like a good time to say "don't go!" Sparkletopia has provided a wealth of info and inspiration for me, and is much appreciated.

good for you! simplifying is the hardest and yet most wonderful step towards a more peaceful life. i'll be excited to see where it takes you next.

It's hard to keep up with a blog. maybe you can take a break and keep posting but not so often? I'd hate to see this blog go.
